We have been working in this field for years and there was no equipment available to perform this process quickly, quietly in confined areas and to depths of 6 inches or more. With safety being a main concern, the size, weight, mobility and process became a very important issue. Separating debris and rock from soil has always been a very costly and time-consuming task. Therefore, the design of this mobile unit was created to meet the industries needs.

Until now the solution, was either to hand pick rock or bring in several pieces of equipment that did not work properly. With in a short period the rock would reappear due to weather or vibration. To accomplish the process of removing the top soil and replacing it with screened material could be very expensive with material prices rising for sand and decomposed granite.
